How it usually works.
Tell me what’s going on. I’ll test it, keep you updated and only move ahead if the repair is worth pursuing.
Postage: return postage is covered by you whether the item is fixed or not.
Send the details
Tell me the device, the fault and anything you’ve noticed. I’ll also give you the details for sending the device to me.
I assess the fault
I’ll inspect it and come back to you with what I think is happening.
Repair if it makes sense
Once it’s fixed and working, that’s when you pay. No fix, no fee.
